Forecast Use
Forecasts are provided for personal use and non-commercial research only. Commercial use, including commercial trading, business operations, resale or incorporation into commercial products, is prohibited. This restriction applies to all forecast outputs provided through the website, API and downloads. API access approval does not authorize commercial use of forecasts.
Forecasts use statistical and machine learning models based on public and third-party data. They are for information and research. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, trading or investment advice, operational guidance, or guaranteed market information. Users are solely responsible for decisions made using the service.
These forecast-use restrictions do not change the licences of underlying third-party data or restrict reuse of SMARD actual data under CC BY 4.0, as described in the Data Licences page.
No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. No guarantee is made regarding forecast accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
Forecasts may contain inaccuracies, omissions or errors and differ materially from actual market outcomes. Data and forecasts may be delayed, revised, corrected, removed, or unavailable without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of eupowerprices.com shall not be liable for trading losses, operational losses, indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on forecast outputs. This limitation also applies to losses arising from use prohibited by these terms.
API Usage
API access, if provided, is subject to reasonable usage limits and may be approved, refused, suspended, rate-limited, or revoked at any time to protect the service, prevent abuse, or enforce these terms.
Unless explicitly authorized, the following are prohibited:
- automated abuse or attempts to overload the service
- sharing API keys with unauthorized users
- redistribution or resale of forecast data or API outputs
- attempts to bypass access controls, quotas, or security controls
Market Data Access
Sources, attribution and upstream reuse conditions are described on the Data Licences page.
The forecast API and forecast CSV downloads provide this site's forecasts, rather than an actual-price data service. Website charts receive actual prices through presentation endpoints to render the visualizations. These endpoints are not a supported bulk-download or market-data redistribution service.
Automated Access and Data Reuse
Automated scraping, harvesting or bulk extraction through the website or its presentation endpoints is prohibited. Use the approved forecast API for authorized programmatic access.
Presentation endpoints are protected by rate limits and may temporarily block excessive requests. Do not circumvent these limits or other access controls, including by rotating IP addresses or distributing requests to evade a block.
These access rules do not restrict rights granted by CC BY 4.0 or other applicable third-party licences, or statutory exceptions. To obtain source data directly, use the original provider's service under its terms.
Intellectual Property
The forecast models, website content, visualizations, APIs, and related materials are the intellectual property of the operator of eupowerprices.com unless otherwise stated. Third-party data sources remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Data Sources
The service relies on the public datasets and third-party providers listed on the Methodology and Data Licences pages. Their availability, licensing, completeness and accuracy are outside this site's control.
Service Availability
The service may be modified, suspended, restricted or discontinued without notice. Supported areas, features and API access limits may also change. No service-level guarantees are provided.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
